Panama runs on U.S. Eastern time year-round with no daylight-saving shift, and uses the U.S. dollar. So there's no time-zone gap with North American teams and no currency conversion on either side.
I work with global companies as an independent contractor invoicing in USD, or through an employer of record. I hold a B1 visa for business travel and I'm glad to be on-site for kickoffs, workshops and offsites, and open to frequent travel when a role calls for it.
